Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing and shipment. Once goods have been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of wholesale distribution, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods and include supporting documentation, photographs, and proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund.
